Expertise in leadership, product development, revenue generation, and strategic client growth. Has partnered with many Fortune 500 companies. Tom earned an M.B.A. with top honors from Arizona State University, and a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa.

16 years’ experience with a Marketing Services organization in the automotive vertical, including telephony, digital and print. Specialized in Client Services, Sales, Operations and Vendor Relations.
As the Chief Revenue Officer, Jay ensures alignment and integration between all revenue-related functions within Aspire. Jay oversees company operations, sales execution, and also takes the lead on pricing, and revenue management. Jay has over 19 years in sales and operations management working with Fortune 500 companies in automotive and digital marketing. He brings a blend of outside sales experience and front-line management expertise. Jay earned a BS in Journalism from Michigan State University.
A graduate from Texas Tech, David comes to Aspire Marketing Services from Cox Automotive with over 25 years of graphic design experience. Throughout his career, David has had the opportunity to work with top clients like Blockbuster, The Dallas Cowboys, George Strait, Farm Aid, Pace Concerts, United Way and won awards for creative design for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah. With an extensive focus in automotive direct mail and email, David brings years of knowledge and design experience to Aspire.
